Shipping policy
Orders are delivered via CTT Express, or another carrier contracted by Caban.
The transport is free for all purchases made in European.
Caban undertakes to make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place within 5 days of the day following confirmation of payment of the order, unless otherwise stated in writing, and can usually guarantee deliveries within 2 days.
In case of unavailability of the ordered goods, Caban will inform the User and if the User requests it, will proceed to refund the amount paid, within a maximum of 15 days from the knowledge of the unavailability.
Caban shall not be liable in any way for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from delays in delivery or unavailability of the ordered Goods.

For the follow-up of an order in progress, the User can consult the link of the carrier that is provided in the confirmation e-mail or contact us at cabanbrand@gmail.com.
In case you are not available to receive your order, a notice will be left at the delivery address indicating the CTT station where the order can be picked up. If the order is not picked up within the period set out in the notice, Caban considers this act as an expression of will to terminate the contract, and the order will be cancelled and returned to the warehouse.
